Background verification service

With the introduction of companies (like alibi.net) that will give you a reference letter, cover story and more for a reasonable small price, more and more companies need to get professionals to do investigative research into backgrounds. A few years ago, you would hire a new employee based upon their resume, and a couple of telephone calls to their references. Today, thats not good enough.
Companies are finding more and more that in house staff are not qualified to do deep enough background research when hiring new employees. A professional background researcher can go beyond the normal telephone calls to the potential employee’s references.
Thomas Consulting is geared towards background checks. We can do the following checks.
  1. Criminal records - country wide
  2. Civil records
  3. Credit checks
  4. Outstanding warrants and or wants
  5. Driving records
(Obviously we are bound to operate within the confines of applicable state and local laws!)
Background checks are not limited to potential employees. People have been scammed in business so many times by fraudulent partners that can talk a smooth talk, but cannot deliver a product. Thomas Consulting can do intensive background checks, asset searches (where a judgement has been obtained) as well as confirmation of business premises for individuals and businesses. Before you enter into a business partnership, make sure you really do know who you are shaking hands with.
When we conduct background verifications discretion is a key factor. All our research is confidential and we only release it to our client. We do not ‘find’ evidence or manufacture an outcome. We merely research the facts and present them in a concise and to the point report, enabling you to make decisions with the best possible information.

Signs of a cheating spouse

1 - When they no longer want sex or makes excuses to not have sex.

2 - When they will not allow you access to their computer or they suddenly shut down the computer when you walk into the room. They may password protect their laptop or computer to keep out suspicious eyes. Or they stay up to "work" or "play a game" on the computer after you go to bed. Excessive internet usage, especially late at night, is a red flag.

3 - When they begin to put distance between you or show a lack of interest in what has been the routine with few, if any, excuses for the change in their behavior.

4 - When they suddenly have to work late and have all kinds of new obligations that take them away from home repeatedly or for long periods of time. Or. . . they tell you they are working longer hours and discontinue allowing you to view their paycheck or pay stubs.
5 - If your loved one works with people, such as at a bar or restaurant especially as a waitress or bartender they might suddenly tell you not to visit them at work.  This usually means they are hiding something at their workplace whether it be with a co-worker or a regular customer such as at a bar.

6 - When they suddenly need a cell phone or pager and you are discouraged from ever looking at it or using it. They also may make certain their cell phone or pager cannot be answered by you by hiding it or taking it with them wherever they go. They are secretive about their cell phone or pager bill and pay it themselves when you have always paid the bill in the past.

7 - When they arrive home smelling faintly of perfume/cologne or another person's body.

8 - When they arrive home and head straight into the shower or bath.

9 - When they have lipstick or strange hairs on their clothing or in the car. Finding strange phone numbers, receipts or condoms can also be clues.

10 - When they suddenly begin to treat you extremely nice; more so than usual.

11 - When they begin to make "kinky" requests or suggest wildly erotic play during sex including things you have never done before. They may also show an increased interest in sex or sexual things, including porn.

12 - When they talk to you they treat you abusively or with disdain, disrespect or excessive sarcasm. They may also demonstrate an unexplained aloofness or indifference in the relationship. Or. . . they may begin to find fault in everything you do in an attempt to justify their affair.

13 - Her: When she gets spiffed up and dresses provocative to "go grocery shopping" or to "get her hair done." She may also show up with a sudden change of hair style. Him: When he showers, shaves (cologne, deodorant, etc.) and dresses up more than usual to "go out with his buddies" or to "go fishing."

14 - When they break their established routine at work and home for no apparent or logical reason.

15 - When they become suddenly forgetful and you have to tell him/her everything several times; their thoughts are obviously elsewhere.

16 - When they are always tired or demonstrate a noticeable lack of energy or interest in the relationship.

10 signs you may be a victim of a stalker

  1.  You bump into to the same person (remember stalking is not limited to a male role) at work, at your local coffee shop, and then where you buy your groceries. Too many co-incidences are often a sign of somebody is following you.
  2. The watcher is different from the aforementioned lurker. This kind prefers to watch from a distance, speak to your friends and watch your facebook page. Watchers are quick to be friend you on facebook.
  3. Repeated phone calls, hang ups, unwanted txt messages, emails etc. You will know by the continued unwanted attention, and generally the stalker never stops calling, txting, emailing even after you ask them to stop.
  4. Gifts - all the time. Eventually the gifts become too much, especially when they are totally inappropriate for the relationship. Example flowers, when you are barely friends.
  5. Strange things happen to your car...like you get a flat, run out of gas, and your 'stalker' always happens to be there to rescue you.
  6. Manipulation is the worst technique (in my opinion). This involves threatening to commit suicide, feigning sickness and refusing medical treatment.
  7. Technology - internet stalking, cell phone spies, email trogans etc. The list is endless. If you find yourself staying off of social network sites because you just know that person will send you a chat request, you are being stalked.
  8. Isolation - Stalkers like to isolate their victims by releasing disinformation and slander. While this is often untrue, the effect can isolate you from friends, family and support.
  9. Violence is an obvious sign, but by the time you are at this point you have lost all objectivity. This is a very dangerous sign and by now you should have a protective order out.
  10. Unwanted physical contact - not just violence, but touching, bumping into you etc.
Finally, please understand that even big strapping men can be stalked. Stalking is not necessary  male on female activity.

Stalking - what are the signs?

Stalking has become one of the most dreaded crimes against women in recent years. According to a 2000 study conducted by the federal Department of Justice, one woman in 12 will be stalked during her lifetime. This figure is startling when compared to the fact that 1 in 3,000 will be raped, based on current FBI statistics. Many women know their stalker personally and as a result, are hesitant to believe the situation is potentially dangerous. Being aware of these alarming signals can help you determine if you are being stalked and what to do about it.
